Privacy notice
What data I collect from this site, why, and what you can do about it.
Who handles the data
The data controller is Dylan Cop, a private individual. For any question about your data, write to copdylan.work@gmail.com.
What data I collect
This site has no forms, uses no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tools. The only data I receive is what you send me by writing to me by email: your address, your name if you give it and the content of your message.
Why I use it
I use it to reply to you and to assess your job or collaboration proposal. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not use your data to send you advertising and I do not sell it or pass it on to others.
How long I keep it
I keep it for as long as needed to deal with your request. If we end up working together, I keep the documents for the period required by law. If you want me to delete our correspondence, just tell me.
Who can see the data
Emails go through my mail provider (Google). The site is hosted on an external service which, like any hosting service, may log the IP address of visitors for technical and security reasons. The pages also load the fonts from Google Fonts servers, which therefore receive your device's IP address.
What is stored in your browser
The site stores a single technical item on your device: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It only serves to remember your choice and is never sent to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive it in a readable format, and you can object to its processing. Write to me at the address above. If you believe your data is not being handled properly you can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
